We are seeking an inspired and dedicated educator for our partner organization, located in an innovative learning space is surrounded by vibrant villages and lush landscapes in Jaipur.
About the Role:
As an Educator, you will nurture an unstructured yet disciplined setting, empowering children (3-10 years ols) to explore their potential with agency and autonomy. You will:
-Design and facilitate daily/weekly lesson plans and reflection meetings.
-Co-lead peer-peer ideation and capacity-building sessions.
-Develop a curriculum based on learners’ conversations and interests.
-Record and document individual and group growth.
-Research and apply innovative pedagogical approaches.
-Advise on holistic assessment methodologies.
Qualifications:
-3–5 years of experience working with learners aged 3-10.
-Expertise in early childhood development.
-Experience with Forest School, Democratic schooling, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf Steiner, or Montessori approaches preferred.
-Strong respect for local community, ecology, and innovation.
-Creativity, openness to learning, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
