We are looking for an experienced and passionate Diversity & Inclusion Lead to champion our commitment to creating a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse work environment. This role will focus on driving gender diversity and disability inclusion across all our locations including corporate offices, retail stores, and supply chain facilities
What You'll Do
Drive Strategy & Vision
- Build and lead the company's D&I strategy, aligned with business goals.
- Define and execute measurable goals to improve gender representation and inclusion of persons with disabilities (PwDs).
- Adapt industry best practices to suit our local and organizational context.
Lead Programs & Initiatives
- Launch initiatives to increase female workforce participation, especially in frontline and leadership roles.
- Develop inclusive hiring and career development programs for PwDs, ensuring workplace accessibility.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to foster inclusive practices.
Policy & Compliance Oversight
- Strengthen and implement inclusive workplace policies (e.g., POSH, accommodations, accessibility, benefits).
- Ensure alignment with Indian laws and global D&I standards.
Build Awareness & Capability
- Conduct training on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and D&I sensitization across all levels.
- Equip managers to lead diverse teams and support inclusive culture.
Build Partnerships & Represent Us
- Collaborate with NGOs, skill-building organizations, and government bodies to enhance diverse hiring.
- Represent the company at external forums and industry events as a D&I thought leader.
Measure & Report Impact
- Track D&I metrics (hiring, retention, promotions, training coverage, etc.).
- Share regular progress updates with leadership and other key stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in HR or D&I, with a minimum of 3-5 years leading diversity-focused programs.
- Deep understanding of gender equity and disability inclusion within the Indian context-ideally in the retail or services sector.
- Strong background in change management, training, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (digital and physical infrastructure).
- Excellent communication and influence skills.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with regular travel.
