5. Leading and conceptualizing the skill development and employee engagement initiatives
6. Effectively managing talent of the organization by improvising the feedback mechanism and review mechanism
7. Managing and ensuring that companies Compensation & Benefits policies as at par with the market standards while ensuring it syncs with company policies as well
8. Effectively Implementing & designing the learning & development for the organization
Requirements:
1. Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier 1 B-School with 10+ years of experience HR out of which 4+ years should with leadership position
2. Strategic thinker, should have ability to provide thought leadership on people aspects
3. Should have extensive experience of working in knowledge industries
