You will be working with a team of engineers with a broad range of responsibilities including all aspects of software engineering like requirements understanding and validation, solution design, detailed design development, testing and software configuration management. Build products, systems, and services that are optimized, well organized and maintainable, and have high impact on our end users.
Role Responsibilities
As a Leader within the product management function, you understand what it takes to convert a visitor to a successful customer.
You’re the owner of the A/B test on growth or conversion funnel.
You’ll assess opportunities by identifying ROI, define key performance indicators, and partner with the analytics team to measure success.
You’ll develop effective customer feedback loops, understand the implications of feedback, and translate that into better features and products. You’ll use multiple information sources to come up with a growth hypothesis – Analytics data, session replays, customer feedback, discussion with other product groups, etc.
You’ll use customer segmentation, market research, and first-hand customer knowledge to refine plans, specifications, and designs for multiple feature areas/projects. You’ll manage and mentor a team of PO’s who are driven to deliver value to our customers globally.
Role Requirements
To exceed in this role, you will have 12 plus years of experience with at least 8+ years of experience building and launching consumer applications on the web and mobile platforms.
You’ll have hands-on experience conducting A/B tests, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with major analytics platforms.
You’ll have experience in managing and mentoring a team of Product owners along with hands-on experience with analyzing data to drive conversion.
Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies and experience in mobile and web marketing tools is also desirable.
