JOB DETAILS
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To build a leadership pipeline for the F&A fraternity by first identifying and then continuously nurturing identified talent, across the Group
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary: Execute and develop further the LDI (F&A) calendar of interventions; develop the F&A talent pool through continuous interaction with participants and their ISNS; Constant motivation influencing communication with the LDI participants across the batches. Organize the CA campus recruitment drive with HR co-ordination; run the CA orientation and CA outreach programmes. Maintain the F&A database up-to-date to respond to talent requirement queries from the CFO. Maintain updated record of F&A hierarchy structures across the Group. Build relationships with the F&A leadership team across the Group – stakeholder focus
Secondary: Interaction with F&A population for development inputs; budgets, facilitator identification, digitization initiatives, staying abreast with developments in the field
