Human Resources Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategist to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing comprehensive human resources strategies, 360-degree appraisal plans, internal recruitment strategies, retention initiatives, learning and development programs, and employee branding.
• Talent Management:
• Develop and implement effective talent management systems, aligned with business objectives.
• Design and execute performance management systems and talent development programs.
• Lead internal recruitment initiatives, leveraging innovative sourcing channels and strategies.
• Develop and implement effective retention strategies, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Employee Branding and Engagement:
• Develop and execute employee branding strategies to promote company culture.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Foster a positive work culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• HR Operations:
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a top-tier B-school.
• 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in implementing 360-degree appraisal plans, internal recruitment strategies, retention initiatives, and learning and development programs.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience working with multiple business units.
• Familiarity with global HR best practices.
