The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement Lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implementing and managing Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
• Analyzing data to identify process inefficiencies, develop recommendations, and lead process improvement projects.
• Providing training and coaching to team members on Lean methodologies and tools.
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to drive automation and digital transformation projects.
• Monitoring project progress and report on key performance indicators to management.
Ideal Profile
Skills required:
• You have 10+ years of experience in process excellence, project improvement, and digital transformation.
• You have certification in Black or Green Belt is required.
• You have experience in implementing Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
• You have strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• You possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
