We're expanding our Pune team of Learner Experience Operations Associates who are critical to ensuring our learners across more than 50 countries have an exceptional learning experience with us and our platform.
What will you do as a Learner Experience Operations Associate?
• Learner enrolment, new client onboarding activities
• Daily learner engagement activities through our digital processes
• Quality control activities to ensure excellent user experience
• Responding to and managing learner and HR team queries through established protocols
• Daily, weekly and periodic client status report preparation
• Support online webinars & online discussion forums with learners

While this is a hybrid role, we do require you to be based in Pune which is our learner experience hub. You will work closely with colleagues in Berlin, Singapore and the U.S.
Must-Have:
• At least 3 years in operations/customer support
• Strong English communication
• Familiar with CRM tools, knowledge management, ticketing, and messaging systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
