Key Responsibilities:
Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
Mentor and coach less experienced teachers to ensure consistency in teaching methods.
Support the success of your center by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Have 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education.
Possess CPR and First Aid Certification.
