Job Description
Adapt your approach to different learning styles, taking a hands-on approach to show what great looks like
Monitor adherence to standard work and provide real-time feedback to associates
Lead learning and operational audits, staying connected to operations through regular participation in process paths
Build trusted partnerships with teams to coordinate training events based on site and regional needs
Collaborate with the wider Delivery Services Learning Team on regional projects and best practice sharing
Serve as the go-to resource for training-related questions across your site
Escalate barriers effectively to the Learning Manager or appropriate escalation point
Ensure learning experience areas are organised, prepared, and ready to support all training activities
Facilitate certified job and compliance training, including badge creation, data entry, and retrains
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
Skilled in data analysis and visualisation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in logistics
Experience with data analysis
