Job Description
·Conducts learning needs analysis for the division and then builds a training plan to address those needs
·Builds annual training budget needs, seeks sign off and then manages through year to deliver training and learning within set budget
·Work with internal stakeholders to execute learning and development strategies.
·Provide support in the design and continuously improvement of learning programmes and content.
·Analyse trends in order to incorporate best practice and methodologies when advising on instructional design for adult learning interventions.
·Ensure that learning programmes are conducted and facilitated correctly applying and implementing the best learning tools and methodologies.
·Assess the effectiveness of learning interventions on productivity and performance, corporate the findings in the redesign of the programmes and report on the return on investment of these interventions.
·Support the overall business and/or HR strategic goals and help continuous business growth through learning development initiatives that foster competence and high performance.
·Coach, mentor and individuals in the team.
·Effectively manage a team, their resources, capacity and overall performance.
·Assist with the departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budget systems.
·Assess current, and relevant learning and development needs of employees and programs of NTT(Ltd), in consultation with program leaders, including utilizing assessment methods and measurement systems for future success.
·Analyse the latest and most applicable trends in training and development to be recommended for inclusion in the overall strategy.

Required Experience:
·Relevant experience in a similar learning and development role within a related environment
·Solid working experience in a learning and development capacity
·Demonstrable experience in learning and development content creation, maintenance of training processes, and the successful development of ongoing training and development programs
·Strong previous experience leading and managing a team
·Excellent experience dealing with clients and managing service levels
·Excellent stakeholder engagement experience at all levels in the organisation
