About the Day-to-Day:
Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning strategies that support business growth and workforce agility
Lead the creation and delivery of leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and role-specific training programs
Conduct training needs assessments and performance gap analyses in partnership with stakeholders
Facilitate training workshops, coaching sessions, and executive development events both in-person and virtually
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing content development, learner engagement, and performance tracking
Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives
Oversee vendor relationships and external partnerships to supplement internal training capabilities
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting learning requirements within the financial sector
Contribute to change management efforts through tailored capability-building and communication strategies
About the Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in learning and development within corporate or financial services environments
Proven track record designing and managing learning programs for diverse employee populations and leadership levels
Expertise in instructional design, digital learning tools, and performance consulting
Strong analytical skills with experience in learning metrics and program evaluation
Advanced proficiency in learning platforms (e.g. LMS), content creation software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.
