Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Learning Support Teacher to provide targeted academic and emotional support to students in both the Early Years and Primary Years Programme. The ideal candidate will work closely with homeroom teachers and families to ensure inclusive, differentiated learning aligned with IB philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify learning needs and provide pull-out and integrated intervention
• Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to modify and differentiate instruction
• Support students with diverse learning profiles to access the curriculum
• Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Engage with parents to communicate learning goals, strategies, and growth
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (certification in Learning Support/SEN preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in inclusive or special education settings (IB or international curriculum experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of early childhood and primary age developmental milestones and needs
• Skilled in implementing intervention strategies and tracking student growth and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
