Due to our rapid growth we are looking for the right fit to join our fast growing company.
This is an entry level role and while real estate experience is advantageous, it is not essential as long as you have a passion to start a career in Property Management/Sales.
Duties & responsibilities:
Full Time / Part Time Role, Includes Saturdays with Time in Lieu
Schedule and supervise leasing inspections & managing rental enquiries
Schedule and complete periodic routine inspections on rental properties
Complete detailed ingoing condition report inspections in preparation for new tenancies.
Completing thorough vacating inspections and reporting discrepancies with the condition report to Property Managers.
Prospecting for new business.
Experience & attributes:
Victorian Agents Representative certificate
Current police clearance certificate
Drivers Licence
Exceptional organisational & time management skills
Keen customer service skills & relatable manner
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly & take ownership of the role
Resilience & efficiency under pressure
An economical & reliable vehicle will be essential for this role.
