The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in Williams Landing. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients with the assistance of our Leasing Officer and offshore Team in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approx. 150 plus properties
Oversee all aspects of end-to-end property management
Support the Leasing Officer
Working in a team environment
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
Work closely with a hands-on leadership team that genuinely values your input
Key Requirements
Minimum 1+ years' experience in Property Management
Strong communicator with excellent problem solving and time management skills
Confident managing a portfolio autonomously
Flexibility to work Saturdays if required
Proficiency in Property Tree, Inspection Express, Vaultre or similar
Must hold a current Agent’s Rep Certificate, Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle
