PRD Real Estate Liverpool is seeking a motivated and people-focused Leasing Consultant / Letting Agent to join our friendly Property Management team.
This is an ideal entry-level opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up while working within one of Liverpool’s most established and trusted agencies.
You’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing support while gaining real experience in a dynamic, field-based role that combines time in the office with meeting clients and conducting inspections.

The Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, with a day off in lieu
Key Responsibilities
Conduct open homes and private inspections
Assist and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process
Manage enquiries and follow up rental applications
Keep landlords informed on leasing progress
Prepare lease documentation, ingoing inspections, and key handovers
Prepare leasing campaigns
Assist with property advertising and general administration
About You
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Minimum Certificate of Registration
Real estate experience preferred, or experience in customer service or administration
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using computers and technology
A “can do” attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage time effectively in a field-based role
Another language is an advantage
