Job Description
Join a vibrant team where you will deliver structured, engaging lessons to motivated pupils in small group settings. You will work a consistent 37.5 hour week, which include two evenings and Saturday mornings for teaching. The rest of your time will be spent at our Solihull Head Office, planning, developing ideas and refining your teaching approach.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Teaching small groups of pupils in a focused environment
Monitoring student progress without excessive administrative tasks
Communicating with parents to show measurable results
Contributing to innovative educational projects and resources
