Lovisa Opportunity:
The day to day in this role will look like:
Assist Legal/Lease Administration team with:
documentation of leases and execution;
bank guarantee applications;
follow up of fitout contributions; and
making necessary payments.
Assist Property Administration and Finance teams with lease and rent queries to ensure that rents are paid accurately and on time.
Maintenance and update of property database and department reports and systems.
Liaise with landlords and other departments in relation to lease queries.
To be successful in this role you will have:
An interest in retail and property
Excel and WORD – intermediate to advanced level
Windows and other Microsoft office products – intermediate to advanced level
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with ‘LeaseEagle’ preferred but not essential
