The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to work in our Adelaide Insurance Law practice. Supporting a busy team, you will display a willingness to learn and have experience in either litigation or insurance from within a fast-paced law practice group. You will be regarded as an integral member who will provide superior administrative support and a variety of ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities will include the following:
Opening and closing of files
Preparing legal documents
Online court filing
Billing
File management
Diary management
Preparation and reconciliation of expenses
Client liaison and management
PA duties as required
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have Legal Assistant experience with excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, and have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have exceptional attention to detail. A professional outlook, backed by a great sense of humour would see you fit in well with the team. The core office hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
