A Legal Cashier is sought for an established law firm based in Sheffield City Centre.You will join a cashiering team of 5 and a wider finance team of 10, in a role reporting into the finance manager.All applicants must have prior experience in a legal cashiering role to be considered.This is a full-time office-based role in Sheffield city centre with parking provided on site.Your key responsibilities will include: Assist staff with accounts queries. Process daily all financial payments, receipts, and transfers. Perform day end balancing procedures. Process credit card payments. Making bank and cheque payments Reconciliation of petty cash payments Petty cash balancing - to incorporate identifying and rectifying errors. Deposit interest calculations Purchase Ledger - coding, input and cheque production. Process employees' expenses claims.
