• An LLB or LLM degree, with 6 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Corporate and transactional experiencein reputable law firm or in-house legal department of Multinational Corporation.

• Highly preferred, someone with any level of US legal knowledge for drafting vendor contracts.
