Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Executive to join our team at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will be a fresher or have 1-2 years of experience with knowledge of land documents, TSR, and expertise in drafting contracts, MOUs, and deeds specifically for the state of Rajasthan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our renewable energy projects and compliance with all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, deeds, and other legal documents.
• Ensure all land documents and TSRs (Title Search Reports) are accurate and up-to-date.
• Liaise with government officials and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
• Provide legal advice and support to project teams on various legal matters related to land acquisition and development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations specific to the renewable energy sector in Rajasthan.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in managing and resolving any legal disputes or issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Fresher or 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Executive or similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Knowledge of land documents, TSRs, and drafting of legal documents specific to Rajasthan.
• Proficiency in Hindi for understanding and drafting contracts, deeds, and land records.
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing renewable energy projects in Rajasthan.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
