Opportunity with Nandan Petrochem Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for oils, lubricants and greases business as a Legal Executive who will be based in our Head Office at Goregaon East in Mumbai

By virtue of technical collaboration agreement with Meguin GmbH (Germany) and also being the oldest & largest contract manufacturer in the country, NPL has access to the latest technologies and is marketing the complete product range starting from Lubricants, Greases, Transformer Oil, White Oil/Liquid Paraffin and Rubber Process Oils to specialty lubricants under our brand “VELVEX”.

DESIGNATION : Legal Executive, Taloja
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :
1. Time management skills - Should be a multitasker and be open to work in tight deadlines in order to complete the job tasks, organize schedules and proof read the agreements and other documents for court trail.
2. Should be highly organized and detail-oriented.
3. Typing ability - Should possess strong typing skills
4. Computer skills - Should possess computer skills to work with several types of software, including MS Office, Outlook,etc
5. Communication skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential in order to speak with lawyers, write emails and letters and find research materials for legal cases.
6. Document Management - Maintaining electronic and hardcopy files of all the Agreements, notices, letters, Advocate invoices.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Should be a LLB graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
