Job Description
Location - Goregaon, Mumbai
1. Act as a liaison between the company and external legal counsels
2. Collaborate with internal departments ensuring that the company’s legal requirements are met
3. Drafting and vetting various types of Agreements, Legal Notices, MOU's, NDA's and Apply for various business licenses, registration of trademarks , terms and conditions for E-Commerce Platforms and Websites.
4. Conduct extensive legal research and handle compliances
5. Consult the company on compliance and legal issues buy conducting due diligence
6. Formulating, finalizing, executing and registering various legal aspects
7. Represent company before court and/or government personnel
8. Interaction and Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities like Collector, MHADA, SRA,MCGM, Revenue Authorities , Tahsildar, Talathi ,TILR, DILR, Collector of Stamp, Special Land Acquisition Officer
+. Ensure the submission of all relevant documents and follows up with the various Government/Regulatory departments
10. Monitor deadlines and provide noticesto appropriate parties when necessary
