EXP: 2+YEARS
Experience and Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree from reputed law schools law school with 2 – 8 years of post qualification experience in corporate or law firms. However experience is not a constraint for a good candidate.
2. Professionally qualified from Tier 1 and Tier law schools like National Law college, Govt. Law College Mumbai, ILS Pune, Faculty of Law Delhi, Symbiosis Pune, Christ law School Bengaluru, Jindal Global Law school or equivalent law schools or LLM from foreign law colleges shall be preferred.
3. Telecom / IT / ITES / Media experience would be advantageous.
4. Designation shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Skills
1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and proficient in English language.
2. Support business partners by providing timely, quality legal advice that is attuned to commercial imperatives of the business; maintain a solution based approach with options for the business to consider the Legal recommendations
3. Ability to identify key issues and consistently apply a high standard of integrity, professionalism, legal knowledge and expertise and business ethics.
4. Ability to provide practical, commercially focused and value-added legal advice.
5. Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to critically review and advise business programs and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and corporate policies and standards.
7. Ability to work independently and prioritize work under pressure.
8. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and peers in the business
