You will help foster a positive and inclusive team culture by embracing feedback, seeking professional growth, and encouraging continuous learning. You’ll also drive the adoption of emerging technologies and tools, supporting testing and training to improve practice efficiency and data quality.

With empathy, adaptability, and initiative, you will support the Joint Heads of Class Actions by:
Managing schedules, overseeing the meeting rhythm, and coordinating communications to ensure smooth legal operations.
Monitoring compliance with key case management processes and driving continuous improvement using emerging technologies and AI.
Analysing business reports and priorities, in addition to sharing these insights found, to help inform decisions and meet key deliverables.
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and following up on action items.
Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and business papers to support leadership and client outcomes.
Handling confidential information, managing expenses, and supporting change management activities with discretion and professionalism.
