Responsibilities
This firm is currently seeking an enthusiastic Legal Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join them in a new and diverse opportunity that will see your day-to-day responsibilities including:
Assisting Lawyers and Legal Secretaries with ad-hoc administrative tasks;
Assistance with setting up board room conferences and computer equipment;
Meeting and greeting clients upon arrival at the office, ensuring their needs are met;
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is well-maintained at all times; and
Coordination and set-up of meeting/board rooms and assisting with coordination of catering requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold no less than 12 months of administrative support and/or reception experience within a law firm or professional services environment. You will be an enthusiastic person with a flexible attitude and solid administrative skills who has the ability to multi-task and communicate with corporate executives, senior lawyers and law firm clients. It is imperative that you bring a positive outlook, professional presentation, and strong English written and verbal communication skills at a high level.
This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be expected to work on-site in the firm's CBD office 5 days a week. As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you will join a fantastic firm culture, where you will be provided with ongoing support and staff perks that will blow your mind! The salary on offer will be based on experience level and in the range of $60k to $70k plus superannuation.
