Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Legal Receptionist.
As the Legal Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients, managing incoming telephone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, creating calendar bookings, opening new client files, office filing, and performing general receptionist duties to support the team.
Skills & Experience
Excellent Communication skills,
Strong organizational and time management skills,
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment,
Attention to detail and accuracy in work,
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, in a legal setting is preferred,
Experience with FilePro, or other practice management software desirable,
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Hours are negotiable for the right candidate, but ideally +:00am- 3:00pm Monday-Friday.
