Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide support and act as the primary point of contact for groups already booked
Answer incoming and places outgoing customer calls
Assist with travel arrangements and billing
Fulfill travel protection plan inquires and assist with claims
Identify new group prospects and prepare proposals
Monitor schedules to keep team on track of promises for delivery, deadlines etc.
Maintenance of group records; client files; and group utilization reporting
Attend events and help with setup, checking in clients and taking notes for follow up
Assist with preparation of travel documents for meetings or events
Updates and maintains group departures on intranet and booking tool to assure up-to-date information
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
Customer service and sales experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills
