The Masterminds Daycare is currently hiring a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role focuses solely on child supervision and maintaining staff-to-child ratios—no administrative work is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise children in assigned rooms and ensure a safe, engaging environment
Maintain required staff-to-child ratios at all times
Support children’s daily routines and development
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth transitions and coverage
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements:
Alberta Level 1 Early Childhood Educator certification
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
Strong understanding of child development and supervision
Dependable, punctual, and works well in a team environment
