Job Description
We are looking for reliable, experienced, passionate & friendly level 2 swimming instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in teaching swimming and have a passion for working with children. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing & delivering weekly lesson plans, motivating swimmers to achieve and providing feedback to help them reach their full potential. We are looking for someone who is committed to creating a positive environment and is excited about the opportunity to help our swimmers learn to swim.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement weekly lessons plans
Motivate swimmers to reach their maximum potential.
Monitor swimmers performance weekly and provide feedback when required.
Maintain records of attendance and performance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
