Are you a teaching assistant looking to support a magnificent school based in Brent?

We are currently working alongside wonderful Schools based in Brent to recruit a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support their classrooms.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to the child with autism in the classroom.
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). - Help the child with autism with academic tasks and social interactions.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the child.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher and other professionals to address the child's specific needs.
• Monitor and track the child's progress and communicate with parents/guardians. - Implement strategies to support the child's sensory needs and promote positive behavior.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting children with autism.
