Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for the overall management & timely tracking of net-metering & subsidy processes for all residential & commercial clients pan India.
Base Location: Hyderabad
Reports to: General Manager, Operations
Travel: As Required
Roles and responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the team of documentation executives & net-metering executives pan India.
Track all feasibility, in-principle, net-metering and CEIG approvals for both residential & commercial clients pan India.
Coordinate with SCM & Execution team to ensure timely procurement of meters, as per the State discom’s requirement, where we are executing projects, especially residential projects.
Track all subsidy applications through the entire workflow, i.e. from the application process till the disbursement of the subsidy from the respective DISCOM.
Mandatory Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
5+ Yrs experience in handling Net-meter works, CEIG approvals, Subsidy application process.
Should be updated & abreast of all the rules & regulations with regards to net-metering, CEIG inspections for residential & commercial clients for all states.
Has a clear understanding of solar subsidy process at State as well as National level
Candidate should have experience in leading and managing teams that are geographically spread out.
Proficient in MS Office (especially advanced excel & word)

Has an established networking and acquaintances at respective DISCOMs & MNRE.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
