Your Role
Prepare, edit, and distribute letters and notices
Compile management reports and board meeting packages
Contact vendors for quotes and follow up on requests
Track and follow up on vendor projects
Handle other responsibilities as required
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or equivalent
Condominium Management License (mandatory)
Job Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call availability
Experience:
Property Management: 3 years (preferred)
Office Management: 2 years (preferred)
