To embrace this journey, We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist in health care industry. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should possess strong critical thinking skills when formulating treatment plans and demonstrate proficiency in implementing specific strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Apply knowledge of psychological theory and practice to conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Assist clients in addressing mental health concerns and modifying behaviors.
• Demonstrate superior communication skills to uncover and understand complex mental health issues.
• Empathize with individuals from diverse backgrounds and address underlying behavioral issues.
• Focus on the unique needs of each customer to develop and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment.
• Reaching an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history
• Run already established Mental Health Helpline ' Vaani'
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Psychologist or in a related field.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working with diverse populations.
• Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• License eligibility in the practicing jurisdiction.
• M.Phil. In Clinical Psychology will be an advantage.
