Base salary of $85,000 per year, with an additional 10% performance-based bonus
Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed General Contractor to support our residential remodeling and mold remediation operations. This role works closely with Project Managers to oversee active renovation and remediation projects, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and provide hands-on or technical support as needed. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable, adaptable, and collaborative, with a strong background in residential construction and restoration/remediation environments.
Job Responsibilities: Partner with Project Managers to oversee residential renovation and mold remediation projects from start to finish Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes, safety standards, and permitting requirements Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving support to Project Managers and field teams Step in as needed to assist with inspections, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, or hands-on project execution Review scopes of work, plans, and specifications for constructability, accuracy, and compliance Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards Address unexpected challenges such as structural issues, moisture intrusion, or remediation complexities Ensure proper documentation, inspections, and project closeout procedures are completed Serve as a professional and technical resource for clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams
Qualifications: Active General Contractor (GC) license in Georgia Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling, and/or restoration/remediation projects Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, inspections, and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret construction plans, scopes of work, and technical documentation Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to support project needs Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mold remediation, water damage, fire restoration, or environmental services Familiarity with IICRC standards or similar industry guidelines Experience working in occupied residential environments,
