We are a large Great Clips Franchisee in WA state. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base+comm+productivity+tips). Last week our avg effective wage was over 30.50/hr. Some make more, some make less but no one earns less than $17/hr (FT-base wage.). Hands on training to help ensure your success! Cosmetology or barber license and some experience required.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications
• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (dont worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
