Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Psychotherapy Role
The Position
We are seeking part-time and full-time licensed clinical professional counselors (LCPC) to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy services to residents in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living facilities.
Work collaboratively with the skilled nursing facility's integrated care team and Vitae's clinical team, including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.

Qualifications:
