The Position
We are seeking part-time and full-time licensed clinical professional counselors (LCPC) to join our team as part of our psychotherapy program. This role will involve working with geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborating with our integrated care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements
