Position Summary: Working within a Collaborative Care Model, and working at full scope of practice, provides physical assessments and technical interventions and medication delivery for clients. Provides psycho-social support to clients and families, in accordance with established policies and nursing standards. Provides specific bedside care as required. Responsible for other related duties as required. Qualifications: - Graduation from a recognized LPN program - Must hold current registration with the CLPNA Experience: Nursing experience working in a continuing care facility, along with managing complex medical needs of individuals. Program Summary: Complex Mental Health Care – a program providing comprehensive care for adults with complex behaviours, whose primary diagnosis includes mental illness, dementia or other cognitive disorders.
