Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care - Float

Job Summary: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care, you will be a valuable member of the Resident Care Team, providing quality nursing care to residents. Your role involves assisting in daily living activities, providing personal care, and promoting independent living. You will work in partnership with residents, their families, and the interprofessional team to meet physical, social, and spiritual needs.
Location: Newfoundland and Labrador.
Hours: 75 bi-weekly (8 and 12-hour shift work; days; nights; evenings; weekends; rotating).
Salary: ($2+.62 - $32.62 per hour) which includes a negotiated wage adjustment.
Financial Incentives
• Signing bonus up to $10,000.
• Come Home incentive up to $50,000.
• Long Term Care Recruitment Bonus of $5,200.
• Relocation support.
Qualifications
• Approved Licensed Practical Nurse program completion.
• Current registration with the relevant licensing authority.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
