Backed by ready‑to‑go leads, continuous training, and a supportive peer network, you’ll have the resources to excel and the runway to keep moving forward.
What You’ll Do
Discover needs: Learn each client’s goals, circumstances, and long‑range plans
Design solutions: Recommend tailored term, whole life, and universal life coverage
Educate confidently: Explain budgeting, retirement saving, and other core money matters in plain language
Nurture relationships: Deliver responsive, caring service that turns clients into lifelong advocates
Stay compliant: Keep meticulous, regulation‑ready records of every interaction
Stay current: Track new products, regulatory shifts, and market trends
Expand value: Spot opportunities to deepen your guidance as client needs evolve
What You Bring
LLQP license and authorization to work in Ontario
3+ years in life insurance or broader financial services
A relationship‑first, consultative sales style with proven success
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to earn trust quickly
Comfort with CRMs, virtual‑meeting tech, and other digital tools
A self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
