A Front Desk Supervisor - Hilton Hotels is tasked with managing front desk activities. They offer customer assistance, advice, and support to uphold uniform levels of customer care. Delegates tasks and gives directions to team members about their responsibilities. Keeps track of the flow of people in the lobby to adjust staffing as needed. Handles customer issues effectively. Trains, oversees, organizes shifts, and aids in appraising employees.
Responsibilities of Front Desk Supervisor - Hilton Hotels:
• Oversees front desk operations.
• Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
• Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
• Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
• Resolves customer complaints.
