Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Lighting Designer with hands-on experience in facade lighting design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux, Photoshop, and possess a good understanding of lighting concepts, fixtures, and control systems.
You will be responsible for developing innovative lighting solutions for architectural, façade, and interior projects that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop lighting layouts, concepts, and detailed drawings for architectural and façade projects.
· Prepare lighting calculations, simulations, and 3D visualizations using Dialux or Dialux Evo.
· Draft and prepare detailed lighting plans using AutoCAD.
· Create presentation boards, renderings, and concept visuals in Photoshop.
· Coordinate with architects, clients, and project managers to understand project requirements.
· Select appropriate lighting fixtures and propose technical specifications.
· Ensure lighting design complies with standards and client expectations.
· Support the sales and project teams with lighting design documentation and technical inputs.
· Stay updated with new technologies and trends in architectural and façade lighting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· 6 months to 5 years of experience in lighting design (preferably façade lighting).
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux/Dialux Evo, and Adobe Photoshop.
· Strong creative and visualization skills.
· Good knowledge of lighting fixtures, controls, and design standards.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
