This role involves managing and maintaining the entire Linux ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering Linux servers, configuring clustering solutions, and ensuring high availability and performance of systems.
Responsibilities:
• Configuration and maintenance of Linux servers
• Deployment and management of clustering solutions
• Monitoring and troubleshooting system issues
• Management of network settings and protocols
• Implementation of backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Working with virtualization tools and hypervisors
• Deploying and administering SMTP, DNS, and proxy servers
Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 4-6 years of experience in Linux system administration
• Excellent knowledge of Linux distributions, including AIX, Ubuntu, and others
• Familiarity with SAN configuration, virtualization, and clustering
• Experience with backup software tools and good understanding of network protocols
