Job Description
Drive Business Growth / P&L ownership - responsible for achieving operational and financial metrics including revenue and gross profit for the region
• Act as owner internally, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve customer queries at all levels
• Acquisition of B2B/IFA distributors for fixed income product distribution
• Managing & Scalingup new partners/existing partners by increasing wallet share
• Should be able develop highperforming funnel and funnel management independently
• Should be comfortable working in an unstructured environment of a startup
• Good understanding of Global + Indian Financial Markets
• Knowledge across investment products: Fixed Income, Equity, Real Estate & Others
• Strong Analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Experience with growth marketing & communication is a plus
