Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that product information is accurate, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing, thereby enhancing online visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and regularly update product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to source product images, descriptions, and other listing assets.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in product details, including titles, pricing, SKUs, specifications, and attributes.
• Conduct regular audits to verify that listings are live, error-free, and in compliance with each platform’s guidelines.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and online visibility.
• Monitor competitor listings and market trends, providing recommendations for listing improvements and enhancements.
• Manage bulk uploads and updates using Excel/CSV templates as required.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to maintain accurate stock information across platforms.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in product listing management on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with bulk uploads via CSV files.
• Good understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce product listings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
