Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique IP law firm that's seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 1-3 years of experience to join their team. Candidates must have experience with e-filing in federal courts and drafting pleadings. This position is paying between $50-60K plus bonus, full benefits, and the firm offers a highly flexible hybrid WFH schedule (3 days/week WFH).
Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities
• Prepare, file, and serve all pleadings and other court documents in litigation
• Review pleadings and other documents filed by opposing counsel and other parties in litigation
• Prepare and coordinate discovery requests and responses
• E-file in federal and state courts
• Schedule depositions, mediations, expert witness testimony, etc.
• Manage and coordinate schedule and deadlines for all cases assigned to managing attorney
• Proof reading documents and letters

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree preferred; paralegal certificate preferred
• 1-3 years of litigation experience
• Experience drafting pleadings and e-filing in federal courts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
