Job Description
Plays a significant role in the daily supervision of the Living Room Bar and the team, maintain sanitation standards, and assist talent and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Communicate effectively between Culinary and Front of House to ensure smooth and seamless service;
Ensures compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures;
Monitors ******* beverage service in compliance with local laws;
Strives to improve service performance and sets a positive example for guest relations;
Assists Talent on the floor during meal periods and high demand times;
Complete opening and closing duties including set up and cleaning of equipment;
Monitors employees to ensure performance expectations are met;
Provides feedback to Talent based on observation of service behaviors;
Supervises restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager;
