Role Description This is a Campaign Manager (HR - Cum- Operations Lead role) for somebody who has LLM Model training resources operations + LLM Program management experience. We are looking for somebody who has hands-on experience with LLM Model training. He will perform following functions:
A. Campaign Manager will be responsible for day-to-day resource management for all the programs assigned to him.
B. Co-ordinate with all the Members to deliver the SFT and RLHF, Domain, Transcription programs.
